One of our most popular single origins, PNG Organic comes from the rich volcanic soils of Papua New Guinea's Eastern Highlands. It's a lively, well-balanced coffee with a bright acidity and a sweet chocolate finish — the kind of cup that shows why this region has become a favourite among specialty roasters, and it's been a Siboni's regular for good reason.
