We’ve been roasting and repairing on the Pacific Highway in Pymble since 1988, and machine servicing has always sat alongside the coffee — not as an afterthought, but as something the same people who roast your beans also know how to fix. We’re authorised repairers for Rocket and Jura, and every machine that comes through the door gets looked at properly, not rushed out the back. Coffee lovers bring their machines in from right across the Upper North Shore — Gordon, Turramurra, Killara, West Pymble, St Ives, Wahroonga, Lindfield and Roseville — as well as further afield across Sydney.

Rocket Espresso
Authorised repairs and servicing across the Rocket range — from the Appartamento through to the Giotto and Mozzafiato.
Jura
Authorised Jura repairer, covering the automatic and bean-to-cup range for descaling, calibration and general servicing.
We only service Rocket and Jura machines. If you’re not sure whether your machine qualifies, get in touch and we’ll let you know before you bring it in.

Descaling & cleaning
Mineral build-up is the most common thing that slows a machine down — a proper descale and internal clean gets it back to how it should run.
Calibration
Grind, dose and extraction settings drift over time. We recalibrate so your machine pulls the shot it’s meant to.
General repair & fault diagnosis
From machines that won’t heat up to leaks, unusual noises or error codes — we diagnose the actual fault rather than guessing.

Where genuine parts are available for your model, we source and fit them.

Get in touch or drop in
Call, email, or bring your machine into the Pymble shop during opening hours. Tell us what it’s doing (or not doing).

We assess it properly
We look the machine over, work out what’s actually wrong, and talk you through what it needs before we do anything.

We repair it, you collect
Once you’ve given the go-ahead, we get it sorted and let you know when it’s ready to pick up from the shop.
We’re not a repair counter that also happens to sell coffee — we’re coffee people first, which means we understand how a machine is supposed to taste, not just how it’s supposed to run. That’s the same roastery that’s been on this site since 1988, so when you drop your machine off, it’s with people who’ll actually be here when you come back for it.
We’re on the Pacific Highway in Pymble, right on the North Shore line — an easy stop whether you’re coming from Gordon, Turramurra or Killara, driving down from Wahroonga or St Ives, or heading up from Chatswood, Lindfield and Roseville. If you’re anywhere across Ku-ring-gai and the Upper North Shore, we’re a short trip, not a special journey.

Are you an authorised Jura repairer?
Yes — we’re an authorised Jura repairer, alongside our Rocket servicing.
Do you service brands other than Rocket and Jura?
No — we only service Rocket and Jura machines. If you’re unsure whether yours qualifies, get in touch before making the trip in.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the machine and what it needs — some jobs are straightforward, others need parts ordered in. Rather than quote a timeframe up front, we’ll assess your machine, tell you what’s involved, and keep you posted as it progresses.
What if my machine can’t be repaired?
We’ll always tell you honestly if a repair isn’t worth it — no pushing a fix that doesn’t make sense — and can talk you through your options, including machines we sell in-store.
Do you only service machines from Pymble, or the wider area?
We’re based in Pymble on the North Shore line, and coffee lovers bring machines in from right across Ku-ring-gai and the Upper North Shore — Gordon, Turramurra, Killara, West Pymble, St Ives, Wahroonga, Lindfield, Roseville — as well as further afield across Sydney. Wherever you’re coming from, get in touch and we’ll take it from there.
