Peru Decaf

Fair Trade and organic certified, our Peru Decaf is proof that decaf doesn't mean compromising on flavour — smooth and sweet, with notes of raisin, pear, dark chocolate and caramel carrying through the cup. It's decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, a fully organic method using water, steam and extraction that removes 99.9% of the caffeine without touching the bean chemically.

Medium-to-dark roasted in small batches at our Pymble roastery, suited to every brew method — espresso, filter, plunger, stovetop, Aeropress or Turkish. It's the one we recommend to anyone who's decided to cut back on caffeine but refuses to cut back on flavour. Choose your grind below, or ask us in the shop.
