Grown in the rich volcanic soils of Costa Rica's Tarrazu region, this single origin carries a predominantly floral and honey-like aroma that gives way to delicate almond and creamy caramel in the cup, with a brightness of tropical fruit running through it. Tarrazu's high-altitude microclimates are what Costa Rican coffee is best known for, and this bean is a genuine expression of it.

We roast it fresh in small batches at our Pymble roastery — part of the same approach we've used since 1988, keeping every batch small enough to stay on top of.
