Giotto V Cronometro

Giotto V Cronometro pairs heat-exchanger PID temperature control with a digital shot timer, so you can dial in and repeat your extraction rather than guessing. The PID reads four different signal parameters to keep the boiler stable, and an adjustable temperature display lets you set different brewing temperatures for different beans and roast styles — genuinely useful if you like switching between single origins and blends.
