To brew hot: 4 scoops (~25g) finely ground coffee, water at ~93°C to the 340mL mark, stir after 30 seconds and press to brew.
To brew cold: 5 scoops (~32g), room-temperature water to the 300mL mark, stir after 4 minutes and press to brew.
