Millennium is built for anyone after a smooth, full-bodied cup with real complexity and hints of acidity running through it — high-grade Kenyan, Guatemalan and Colombian beans, green-bean blended so their floral notes and wine-like characteristics develop together through the roast rather than being layered on afterwards. It's a balanced blend that rewards slowing down and actually tasting it.

Roasted fresh in small batches at our Pymble roastery, the way we've done it since 1988. Millennium works well across the board — espresso, filter, plunger, stovetop, Aeropress or Turkish — so however you brew at home, it's worth a try.
